Haley Clark is Owner of Talent Partners & Co. A workforce warrior from San Angelo, Haley has had her nose to the grindstone since she chose to hold three jobs in high school. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, then applied her ambition, grit and passion for politics, sales and the law (a triple threat) to positions in the state legislature, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and in Washington, D.C.
Haley settled (and we use the term loosely because Haley rarely settles) in Dallas in 2008 where she discovered her passion for professional recruiting. Hard wired for hard work, armed with an eye for detail, and a knack for digging in to difficult searches, Haley went on to start her own agency in 2011. Since then, she founded two highly successful companies: HC Legal Search and Texas Talent Partners. Recently, seeing the need for high level search in many other industries, Haley merged her companies to create Talent Partners & Co, a recruiting company designed to take on permanent placements within any type of industry that requires professional recruiting services.
Outside of her professional life, Haley raises three young sons who are the light of her life and the stars of her show. Together, they enjoy time at the lake, UT football games and participating in a number of athletic and musical hobbies. Haley practices yoga, and enjoys a super active lifestyle. A self-proclaimed “beach trip addict”, you can usually find an upcoming adventure with her boys on her calendar marked in between her work responsibilities and helping her clients achieve their hiring goals.
Haley is a compassionate member of the community, dedicated to her favorite charities including Design Industry for Fighting Aids and Vogel Alcove for working homeless families. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for The Design Industry Foundation Fighting Aids and will Co-Chair their high profile black tie gala.
Though she resides in Austin, Katie Barnes lives at the intersection of “Human” and “Resources”. Since her graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, she has been a leader in the HR field by recognizing relationship-building as the cornerstone to finding the right person for the right job and keeping them there.
Katie began her successful career in human resources as the first HR employee and Director at Snap Kitchen, a tech-based Austin Startup. She has also helmed HR departments for national corporations including Perry’s Restaurants and Neiman Marcus. It was at the Texas-based iconic luxury retailer where she learned her effective approach to client relationships. Her understanding of the “human” side of the HR equation has made Katie a leader in filling the Technology and IT departments of a variety of companies with qualified, motivated professionals.
Katie loves being in the mix of all the tech action in Austin but also looks forward to time away on the lakeshores of Northern Michigan or on the slopes of Telluride with her husband and son.
Bailey is a Dallas native and a senior member of Talent Partners & Co. Bailey has developed deep connections within the legal field in Dallas and beyond. Those who work with her would agree that her disciplined approach to recruiting is how she has been able to achieve her success. Bailey is reliable and trustworthy when it comes to how she works with her candidates and her clients. She possesses many traits that have made her a natural at recruiting including tenacity, resilience, and most of all- her desire to be a good listener. She works hard to listen to the pain points driving a job search and what each client and candidate is seeking to achieve. She will work hard to ensure the recruiting process is pleasant and successful for everyone involved.

Most treasured thing in her life: Her two dogs, Charlie & Pearl.
Lacee came to Talent Partners & Co. via mutual hometown upbringing with owner, Haley Clark. Lacee and Haley were junior high buddies, where they have fond childhood memories together of (mostly) innocent mischievous behavior. Small town Texas wasn’t quite enough for this rock-star of a woman who ended up on the runways of Los Angeles, where she began her professional career as a model. A natural networker, Lacee made deep connections within the fashion and beauty industry that she’s carried with her into her current recruiting clients. A specialist in the marketing industry, she runs Talent Partners & Co.’s marketing department and works with national brands as well as boutique agencies across the country. A bona fide hustler, Lacee is a “yes” person through and through. Her energy is contagious and obstacles simply disappear when she applies her determination to a project. Client’s of Lacee have quickly become friends and candidates compliment her organization and persistence. Mother to a little one and wife to a baseball star, family is central to Lacee’s priorities.

Vanessa was born in Fort Worth, Texas and came to Talent Partners & Co. complete with her self-described “country accent” to prove it. As a Talent Advisor, Vanessa sits on the front lines of our company to directly interact with professionals who fit the description our clients are looking to obtain, and works to bring them to the table accordingly. A sharp communicator and a natural conversationalist, the role of sourcing candidates is well suited for Vanessa. When asked, she will describe herself as “shy” but quickly opens up into an energetic and intelligent professional. Her most obvious personality trait is her deep desire to learn. Vanessa is a natural researcher, learner, and most likely to ask questions of our group. She takes great pride in being mentored by other more senior recruiters, and will no doubt be a leader among them in short time. This year, Vanessa’s personal goals including learning and new language and learning to cook traditional Mexican dishes. Vanessa is happiest when she is surrounded by her family and friends and particularly enjoys spending time with her little sister.
